I’ve Known Rivers a short film by Saif Fradj and Esraa Elfeky (South of Adjdabia collective) released on Mars 2023.

« A stranger quits the life of humans to go into the barren nature and live the exodus. We feel identified in his thoughts in-witch we discover some worlds that have vanished. The stranger says: My flowing tears became an apocalyptic flood. » The film is shot in several deserts: Redayef in Tunisia, Wadi Al Hitan, and Wadi Degla in Egypt.

The film was awarded with special mention award at Gabes Cinema fen festival and projected in several cinema festivals and museums such as Kunstverein Hamburg, Mena Film Festival Vancouver, Zawya Shorts Cairo, Palacio Das Artes Belo Horizonte, Arab Media Lab Marrakech.

Being part of this project and working on designing the sound of the film for almost a year was a pleasure.
Since we believe in shared knowledge and creativity, the soundtrack of the film is released with Creative Commons license on soundcloud and bandcamp, also the film is available on vimeo (DM for watch)
